For the Investorfile, 2013 was a very rewarding year for our Small Cap Value Stocks - Top Ideas.

For 2013:

• A total of five Investorfile Top Ideas gained over 100% in stock value.
• Of the five, two Top Ideas increased by over 300% in stock value.
• Two Investorfile Top Ideas were taken over at premiums to stock price.
• None of our Top Ideas stocks closed 2013 with negative returns.

Even though the year 2013 is behind us our small cap value stock picks are well-positioned to continue to shine and could realize shareholder value-enhancing events such as a special dividend, accretive acquisitions or outright sale of a company at a significant premium to the current stock price. Time will tell.
